The ultimate registry cleaner/optimizer??

If you could pick just one, best possible choice, easy to use, Vista compatible Registry cleaner/optimizer program, what would it be? From any category - freeware, shareware, or mainstream/shrink wrapped stuff, that would do an excellent job, and not take up much RAM or system resources?

For paid software, there are so many: System Mechanic, AceUtilities, Advanced System Optimizer, Spotmau Power Suite, Desktop Maestro, Ultimate Troubleshooter, and the list goes on and on and on, and they all do more or less the same thing but some probably do a bit more, or do something a bit different, or whatever.
I have personally never found a need for these paid programs with the number of quality free programs that are available. With freeware, you'd probably need to use 3 or 4 or 5 different tools to do what one of these paid apps will do, but they're free so it doesn't matter (not to me anyway)

That sounds good to me. As long as the freeware works fine that is what I would like.
Need to save money wherever we can these days for the gas pump, and other things like a little modding or something similar.
