What kind of virus is this?

Yesterday, i accpeted a link from my friend on msn, and it took me to a blank page then it exited my msn. i tried to sign back in but it said " Sorry, we are unable to sign you in msn at this time, please try again later." Then my Steam shut down, then every program that i had that uses internet did not work; even my Norton internet security shut down. So i downloaded avg7 and ccleaner and scanned my comp. i found 3 trogans and deleted them but the problem is still there! What should i do? (And i tried the free online scans)
