Unable to open a MGeek download

Downloaded MS Graphic from M.Geek this afternoon, will not open, get a a message saying to check that the file is a valid Windows installation.
Any ideas, will start the MS search off whilst waiting for your words of wisdon.

First, I would empty my temp files and try again. If that doesn't help you might try using the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility here, http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459

Here is a description of the utility, http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=290301

Look and see if MS Graphic is listed, if so, remove it and try the installation again.
