My sister has a new Dell desktop with Windows Home. She is using Windows Mail and she keeps getting unwanted entries in her contact list. We cannot determine where these are coming from, but she is not entering them and has never heard of these people Any ideas?

    Just in case, try:

Click Tools, options, send tab, uncheck "Automatically put people I reply to in my contacts list".
