WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\Mup.sys XP won't boot

Hi! I have the same problem, and I am aware that the problem is the agp 440 but i allready did what the Link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324764/en-us say's but still persist the problem with the mup.sys

Actually the main problem that the safemode appeared was apg 440 and after doing all the steps from the link it appear the mup error, so if you have any ideas to help me it would be great

The problem is that the pc is not mine and I don't know what really happend!! HELPPPPP
and it contains a lot of information that the person dosent want to loose soooo!!
