virus or spyware blocking anti-virus programs and pages

    Okay I'm having a serious malignant problem, something on my computer when it's running in normal mode (I'm typing this in safemode) I cannot run any anti-virus or anti-spyware program, nither can I access http://housecall.trendmicro.com/, mcafee site or nortan; hell it seems like everytime I try to enter a web page where "virus" is the headline it refuses to access that site. I scanned with numerous of anti-virus scanners durning my stay in safemode. I done zonelab, AVG, xoftspy, a-squared, NOD32 and protector plus. Everysingle one of these programs found something and healed it but the big nada. It still keeps irrevocably on my computer what ever does it. I been having this problem since I, by an accident; pressed a link on my msn. The files name was unknown@hotmail.com, I checked my Task manager for any strange looking files but nope.. Here is the Hijackthis file:

    Please follow forum guidelines and perform cleaning steps in the sticky thread before posting HijackThis logs.

    Now, please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    [​IMG] Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

    [​IMG]After doing ALL of the above and you still have a problem, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below thread to properly use HijackThis and attach the log:
