userinit help

Hey people i am new to this forum and i am kinda urgent, so firstly, i apologize if i break any forum rules.

Ok, so my computer gives me an error message saying "userinit.exe Application Error. Failed To Initialize(0xC0000005)." At my welcome screen, and then i get to my profile, i see my background, but thats about it. This error message prompts me twice. I also notice a rundll32.exe prompt when i double click the windows security alert. I need help to get rid of this virus thing. And i am really sorry if i started a new thread which is the same as the old one, but i really need help. Apparently, i am supposed to include the hijackthis thing right? So here it is:*See attatched*

ohh by the way, i know this MAY not be related to the subject, but i just had a pop-up promoting some anti-virus, i know for a 100% it is a malicious software, but my Symantec cannot delete it. is there anything i can do about it? and is this in any way related to the topic at hand?

 

umm, i think the malware blocked access to the add/remove tools program. so i cant uninstall hijackthis. unless you know a way i can do it without the add/remove program, which would be really appreciated.
