External drives not showing up...

    I've read and read and read and i have no idea why this is happening.

    I have 4 external drives in an enclosure. About an hour before this post they worked perfectly fine. NOW they don't show up. I shut them off, turned them on, and now nothing. They are on definitely, but windows won't pick them up anymore. I don't get it, any ideas?
