please wait while the connection is being established

Hi all!
One of my laptops got stucked in this blank screen with the message " please wait while the connection is being established"...Can you help me remove this ?

I allready run FRST...

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

Attached is fixlist.txt

• Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
• You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST.exe on your flash drive.

Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (How to attach)

Now attempt to boot normally.

You can delete the C:\FRST folder at this time. Be safe.

 

how firewall did you recommend for this don't happen again ? i got Microsoft Security Essentials as Antivirus and the Win7 Firewall but maybe this don't be enough...

 

Windows Firewall and MSE are fine but make sure you also update applications like Java, Adobe Reader, and Adobe Flash Player.
