my XP home edition when I boot up, I can get all my icons and start up menu. I keep getting a message asking if I want to continue running in safe mode, or go to system restore. I cannot boot up in normal mode. If I say yes to continue, I can't click on anything. The message keeps popping up and I can get nowhere. If I say no to go to restore, it says I cannot go to restore. I basically can't do much. I can get to msconfig though.

I cant find my disks to do a repair install... Is there a way to do a system restore (F10) from bootup or is that a bad idea?
