Just used ccleaner and done my normal 'Clean'.

Then i clicked on regitry and clicked scan for issues. And a whole bunch has come up such as : 'Missing shared dll' and 'Unused file extension'.

Is it worth fixing these issues or will it be ok if i leave it?

I only ask if i should leave it because i dont want something to go wrong with my pc if i fix the issues.

CCleaner has proven itself as a very safe registry cleaner. I've used it dozens of times to clean all it finds in the registry and never suffered any ill effects. You will also be given the option to make a back up before anything is cleaned, just in case something does go wrong. Anyway, either way: leave it alone or let CCleaner fix it. It's not going to hurt anything to leave it alone, and fixing it isn't going to hurt either (probably), but it won't speed up anything either. Personally, I run CCleaner's registry cleaner about once a month, making a back up each time.
