    Hi

Unfortunatly your Evereste report doesnt tell us what Graphics Card you have, in Everest just click Computer > Summary and then tell us whats listed next to Display Video Adapter?

Also is this PC a home build or one from say HP, DELL, SONY etc if so what model name and version is it as I dont see the P4M90-M4 listed on their site, see the P4M900 M4 listed, but could be different drivers, ah just checked some other specs and seems its same mothreboard, so install the Chipset Drivers then the Onboard VGA

Do you have a seperate added graphics card or just how the PC came, likely its onboard graphiscs, so do post whats next to Display.

:wave Welcome to Major Geeks! :major

Having a bit of experience with BioStar motherboards, I believe the P4M90-M4 is the same board as the P4M900-M4. So, unless you're using an add-on video card (like an AGP/PCIe/PCI card) you can download your video driver from this direct download link. It might also be a good idea to install your chipset drivers first; you can download them from this link. If these don't work, use Halo's advice above and post the info and we'll do our best. Good luck! Let us know how it goes!
