I restarted my computer the other day after I had left it on over night. I go and start IE and bam this long box fills the bottom of my screen about an inch or so from search200.com (which overlaps every window!!" a place I don't even know about. and I have a tool bar installed on IE without me knowing and I can't remove it when I do it brings me to a spyware removal site asking me to buy the program. Also when I click on a website after searching for something on for example google.com it brings me to a website totally off subject:rolleyes: like a home equity site or something stupid like that. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this crap I have ran Ad-Aware, deleted my temp files, i even disabled a ton of programs that were starting up that I never installed but were spyware.

Please help me get this stuff off so I can go back to normal browsing!
Here's what it looks like the box above my start bar...
