    C:\Windows\system32\MSIEXEC.exe
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

This message occurs everytime I try to install 1 program on my Vista home basic machine.

I can install any other program no worries.
    Any ideas?:confused

Re: C:\Windows\system32\MSIEXEC.exe Windows cannot access the specified device, path,

I've tried installing as Admin but problem still there.
I've also uninstalled/reinstalled several times and also have cleaned registry using a couple of different programs.
Also used CCleaner to clean HDD
I've scanned hard drive for errors
I've checked for any virus/spyware activity using Malware Bytes & PC Tools Internet Security.
