I was using my flash drive at school today and it was very slow and had issues loading stuff.

I read that if you convert it from FAT32 to NTFS file system it can really help your flash drive.

    What do you say?

    NTFS is the best format.

The future of flash drives for Windows based machines is going to be exFat. As of right now Windows 7 supports it natively. Vista with Service Pack 1 supports it and XP does with an update.

It's not compatible with Linux or MAC OS at this time.
