IPod linked to another library

Hi, I had asked a friend of mine to upload music from his library to my ipod. Now when I try to upload music from my computer, I get an error message that the ipod is linked to another library and in order to link it to my library, all the music currently on the ipod will get erased. Is there any way to link to my library without erasing the music? Manual upload also doen't seem to work.

iPod Agent will let you transfer the music on your iPod back to your PC so you won't lose it all when you reassociate it back with your computer.
