My DD Can't Do Steps Due to Auto Dialer

I need help with this. My daughter got a good, but badly infected computer.
I told her what I learned from this site, she has done all the steps that I could remember to tell her.

DD has run adaware, spybot search and destroy, ccleaner, all of which I had previously installed to puter.

Problem is, as soon as she gets online, the auto dailer kicks in and she has to unplug computer to stop it.

If she can manage to stay online long enough to download hijack this, Can I have her email the log to me and post it for her? This particular auto dailer is impossible to work around. It's that Vera...or whatever, porn thingy that my coworker got from...guess what...looking at porn. Has really screwed up a good machine.

 

Well, she got it done. Can someone reply to her post in spyware specific, she is fragilethunder and post was made at 15:28. I did tell her to wait for you to request the log, but she forgot, so it is attached to her post.
