Winfix 2005

Dear guys. Being new to this stuff I have allowed my daughter onto the internet and specifically MSN. I have in the past had problems with something called malware and my anti virus and microsoft spyware seemed to assist sometimes.
I have now found a pop up called Winfix 2005.
I am running XP with service pack 2 and I have created a jijack this file as below.

I have not a pot of glue what any of it means so I wonder whether you peeps can let me in on any news that may mean another compie or not.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above and you still have a problem, make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below thread to properly use HijackThis and attach the log:
