strange noise from the inside fan

its make a loud scraping noise does anyone know what this could be? its happening as i type and it sounds very bad any help plz

 

Which fan is having the problem? Is it a case fan, CPU fan, PSU fan etc.

If there is no debris stuck in the blades and you have checked, and given it a good clean, then it sounds as if your fan bearing assembly has deserted you!

Either way, if any weird or bad noises are coming from any fan in your case,
my advice would be to replace it as soon as you can.
Fortunately they are a fairly cheap item compared to most, and more importantly, you risk damage to far more expensive componentry if they are subject to excessive heat, which may be caused by a faulty fan.
This is especially important if it is your CPU fan, so if it is, replace it!
