I Need Help with Mapping a Keyboard Key? Please!

    What I want to do is turn my + key in the tenkey section into a TAB key.
    This person in accouting Dept. uses Tenkey to do numbers input all day long. She told me if I can help her turn this + key into TAB key that would make her life alot easier.
