Need a good media player program

I've got a DVD that won't play in Windows Media Player 9 cause of the wrong codecs. I've been looking for ages to see if I can get the right ones, but I'm starting to get the idea that I can't.

Does anyone know of a good FREE media player which is good, needs to play DVD's!!!!!!!

No, Winamp doesn't play DVD's (does it?!?!?....I didn't think it did....I could be wrong)

But yeah, I thought about searching the board AFTER I posted that and got the same topics as Boccemon and have downloaded 2 media players.

i use power dvd for me it is great

 

How about Media Player Classic. It's free and it work with just about everything, including DVDs. Gets updated fairly often.

Or BSPlayer, but I've not used that since I found Media Player Classic, and I don't know how well it supports DVDs.

 

kplayer plays everything
