install win 10 with installation disc

There seems to be some debate about how to install Win 10 and also obtain a dvd for future installations.
There is also mention of noting activation #'s down.

Could someone please take a moment to tell me what to do to get Win 10 and then create the dvd so I can lean install Win 10?

Is the first installation clean or do I have to use the dvd and reinstall again?

I was going to wait for the Windows's installation then do a clean install but was not sure where to create the dvd ISO Thank you for clearing this up.
