Please Help Me Compaq sr5313wm driver....

ive been looking for days cannot get the network driver to work it was preinstalled with vista but it went corrupt so i went back to xp pro sp3 and guess what no internet connection at all. I then went to this site and a guy posted the "right" driver but it was zip and after i download it just sits in a folder with a bunch of .sys and .dll files so if someone could tell me how to get the device manager to recognize these .sys and .dll files or just find me the driver where it goes right into device manager id be one happy camper:-D

 

That Ethernet chip needs the Chipset drivers to function properly. You Computer has the NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 chipset.

Edit: And the Realtek RTL8201N LAN chip
