Claro-seach.com help

so I read the FMLsrsly post on how to remove claro-search. i downloaded OTL by oldtimer.i ran the scan and this is what popped up. What is my next step?

 

so my goored.txt is attached what next?

 

i continued with the steps it told me to. the TDSSKiller said there were no problems and the problem still persisted. i continued onto step 5 and downloaded MBRCheck.exe. it said
DONE! press enter to exit. the log is attached at it wanted in the steps.
