Annoying problem

I keep getting this Sub-Frames pop-up almost everywhere I go and frankly, I am on my last nerve with it. How do I permenantly get rid of it? I never had this before until my computer got fixed at the shop. I'm not even sure what this thing is for anyways. Can someone help me with this?

 

Check your Security Level in IE6.x to see if "Navigate Sub-Frames across different domains" is checked as Disabled in "Tools/Internet Options/Security/Internet".

If it is, that means that your security level is set too high in IE6.x
