now they can screw up my typing!!!!

I swear I have a bug of some sort...

Symptoms are as follows:

my sound level in my volume control is always down when I start the machine! When I try to bring it up again it just comes back down!!!!

certain letters cannot be capitalized while using the shift key. Instead it nothing appears
the characters that dont work with the shift key are:

t
y
z
x
c
v
m

the following puncuations cannot be used for the alternate key

.
[
]


I dont know whats going on but i dont like it.
