Which antivirus is the best?

    Hi guys, I am using McAfee as my antivirus software but I hear they are better ones available. Which do you recommend? Can you have more than one?

    McAfee does do a good job of detecting and removal but like Symantec it is way to bloated and brings many PC to their knees. I hate it when I look at a HijackThis log and see Symantec/Norton or McAfee on a system and I see 20 things related to either of them loaded and running. It's as bad as AOL! :mad:

    If you had only McAfee AV and absolutely nothing else, that would be reasonable.

    There are three free versions so you can try them out. If you like them, I would then say buy the Pro versions and get full capability and support.

    NOD32 is good too and so is Panda!
