Windows 2000 background processes question

My 2000 laptop takes much longer than it should to load. I am looking at Sysinternal's very nice utility Autoruns and it shows a very large number of dll's running under the Explorer tab.
My question is this:
Is there a microsoft document (or anybody's) that lists all of these .dll's and which ones I can do without?
