ComboFix,AVG AntiSpyware and Spybot not working!!

    Happy Valentines Day!! Or for those still single - Happy Independence Day!!

    I for one am stuck with my not so favorite valentine who has still not left me even though I've been &(^%)@ by this malware for the last three days...

    I even tried all the steps and procedures from Read me and run this first manual...

    However combofix, anti spyware and spybot have refused to work....


    I'm attaching a log from MGtools ... Please help...
