Arranging Posts At blogger

I am using blogger.com (the blog form GOOGLE)

Each time i make a post, the last post is shown at the top (when i view the blog by typing the blog URL in my browser's address bar) and the previous posts are shifted towards the bottom.

Can i set it like :

*** first post appear at the top
*** The next post appear at the bottom of the first post

and so on ..............

Not sure what you are asking; when you say "the last post is shown at the top", you mean your newest post? Newest posts are at the top, and older ones are in decending order. Unless you've changed the template or are using a third-party template, that's how they are set up. The standard Blogger template is for newest posts to be on top.
