Unknown box during startup

    Has anyone ever seen this during startup? I've tryed everything I can think of to to determine which startup item it is with no success yet. It loads up even in safe mode which tells me its part of Windows XP Pro SP2. Once it said "rcwireless Link notification" but every other time its just a bunch of garbage with an OK button. My computer does not have a wireless connection. I've got a P4-2.8 ghz, WindowsXPPro SP2. This problem started about 3 weeks ago but does'nt seem to have harmed anything.
    Any help would be great.

    PS it loads between the Windows splash screen and the logon screen.
