missing openal32.dll

    recently installed windows 7 to replace windows XP.
    I have received a message that openal32.dll is missing.
    Be very grateful if someone can tell me how to recover this file.

    This page is a trouble shooting guide about your missing .dll. Read it through. It may be as simple as running sfc /scannow from an elevated (run as Administrator) command prompt with the Windows install CD/DVD available.
