    Afternoon

I want to combine 2 MS Publisher 2007 files with the pub extemsion to create a single file with the pub extension. The two files are formatted by publisher. I am a newcomer to publisher and took over the task from a member who is no longer with the non-profit so I cannot ask him for help. I have looked at some help instructions but I cannot get them to work (may not understand the instructions).

    Thanks

    Bob

    From looking around:
    a) Hard way: open three instances of Publisher file 1, file 2 and blank new file
Figure out how many pages the combined document will be and make that many blank pages. Then start copying and pasting.
    b) Easy way: spend $20 for this program http://www.sobolsoft.com/publisherjoin/
lots of sites end up mentioning the same program.

I normally do that in the "hard way", but maybe the templates can help you to understand the how tos; even you can try combinning Excel cut and paste into Word or just word. To me it is a trial and error thing.
