Cannot view All Folders in WinME

    Hmmm, yes I know WinME....prone with problems :D

    Hi All,
    The problem I (well a friend) has is, when viewing files in Windows Explorer the Left Pane does not show all folders, infact it is just a grey/gray boxed part of Explorer.
    I have tried Microsoft KB with no luck :rolleyes:

    Has anyone else come across this & can u help.

    Why would any folders be shown in the left pane?


    The left pane is just for showing information about folders and files.

    I mean in the left pane when you look at the screen. (e.g Open C: and all its folders are shown (only the folders))
    The right pane has the details of the contents etc...

    Sorry for confusion, pls help.
