Malware Removal files

    I have complete the getrunkey and shownew files and want to send them. I do not see how.

    What is the reason for you posting these logs? What problems are you having?

    If you are having malware problems, those two logs should only be posted after following ALL steps in the READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support sticky thread. Make sure you stop using MSconfig to control startups (explained in the READ & RUN ME step 0).

    So if you are having malware problems, please follow all the steps in the READ & RUN ME and then attach the 6 requested logs. Also after running the READ & RUN ME, explain what you problems are. Imagine taking your car into a repair center and not telling them what is wrong with the car. ;)
