pop-up blocks

everytime I go to launch.yahoo.com it will not let me play music video, my radio, or simple plays on downloads. So I should off my yahoo, suscom, and google toolbars pop-up blockers and it still did not work so I went to tools>pop-up blocker and turned that off then I went to tools>internet options...>secuirty>custom level... and turned off user pop-up blocker and it still says blocking pop-up when I try to listen to simple songs.

 

Nevermind I figured what was wrong for got to unistall my ICQ toolbar. It was just hiden
