Newbie and need help

    Hello :) I am new here and need some help with my laptop. Not sure where to post my problems at. I had some virus or malware, spyware,etc. issues and thought that I had fixed them but laptop is seriously in trouble :cry any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    ok thank you for responding..will I have to do all these instructions in normal mode, because windows hangs forever and then I get windows explorer errors. I have only been able to start it in safe mode.

    Do as much as you can in normal mode, then use safe mode for anything you have problems doing in normal mode. ;)
