Hi,
Would be so grateful if you could help. Have attached the FRST text. It's a Sony Vaio. Am completely computer illiterate, but think I ran the FRST application ok. Thanks very much!

Welcome to Major Geeks!
You did not run FRST properly. It cannot be run from Windows. It has to be run after booting into the Recovery Environment. Is this a Vista or Win 7 PC?
