Internet problem

    on 1 of my computers i got a problem ive never seen b4. a virus or spyware or something has infected my internet/network. i cant get online with it. when i plug the ethernet cord into the router the modem loses its connection. ive tried alot of virus/spyware removal programs and i cant get rid of it. so im startin to think about formating the hard drive and starting over. just hoping that some1 would have another option or has come across a similar problem b4.
