   Hi Folks,
   
   I didn't see this in the s/w forum so if's a repeat topic I apologize.
   
   I loaded Office 365 on a new laptop but it won't open even though it says it's installed. I tried calling MS but the wait time was quite long.
   
   Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
