I am new to the internet, yup yup.Can someone tell me what this message is and how I can correct it!....Missing NTdll.dll:NTshutdown system MyO/S is WINME, IE6.0 SP1.I get this Mes. when attempting to install downloaded IE or Windows KB's or Q's from Microsoft's website.

   You can try and download the dll and replace it:

   I have not used ME in a long time, it was MS worst operating system, so if you have a system restore, that might restore the file for you.
