Hello + Help!!

Hello Folks - handy site!!

I'm hoping somebody may be able to help me sort out a problem I have





this appears whenever another persons signs into their user account, I'm the 'computer administrator' and had never seen it. I cannot work out what is affecting/doing/not doing and so have come to you guys.

I was directed to your forums and ran through the malware removal thread to the best of my abilities and the message still appears.

OK - I thinkl I've got past that problem now. Here's one more, if you could help it would be great.

I have a sanyo camcorder that records in mpeg 4 format but I cannot seem to write to a dvd nor convert. Any Ideas???
