   does anyone know of a windows xp shell replacement that would allow me to have my custom windows xp theme, but would allow for a drastic performance increase? there used to be a nice shell made from smartalec2000.com, but i cant seem to find it anymore *sigh* well, any help would be appriciated :-D thanks :-D
