I know nothing of that Air cooler.

Here are a couple of reviews on the H-50 and of interest is when they create a "push/pull" set up on the rad they lower temps by 13C :

The IFX-14 gives it a good run but a problem arises in they don't discuss the set up of the IFX-14 pre-test (most reviews indicate these things need lapping "majorily" as the base is poorly finished and not "flush") furthermore these beasts can add a 3rd fan and potentially perform "slightly" better still. So with about being able to resolve these 2 issues the comparison is impaired imho (the IFX-14 can do even better!):

Looking for a better shootout as these things are solid as well:

Well after looking into it you have me very interested as well (for a minimum fuss cooling solution) especially if the pricing is similar. It takes a lot of work and effort to get IFX-14 upto a beasty standard due to the rubbish "build quality" leaving a poor finish.

Did you do a "push/pull" setup?

Make sure you still have some system fans to provide cooling for HDD (I had 2 die last year from lack of cooling), RAM, Video Card and Chipsets in general.

    What results are you getting?

I am using the push pull setup, and it works a dream!

    I have an amd athlon 620 @ 3.6 ghz idle - 33 load - 50

no air cooler I have had in the past has matched these results!

I have 5 system fans, but thankyou for the thought!

    UPDATE

I just got a new case,

    NZXT Gamma (It's awesome)!!!! :-D

And my idle temps are 20-23 degrees!!!!! i suppose it is quite cold in my room Due to the freezIng temps outside but still impressive at 3.6Ghz on a quad!

Load - barely gets above 47

I have a 120mm intake, the cooler takes up an exhaust space as an intake, another 140mm exhaust and 2x120mm intakes on the side panel!
