Download Problem

Everytime I try and download Spybot, when it gets to 99% a message comes up as follows:-
"cannot copy file: cannot read from the source file or disk"
Please someone help me, a newbie in computing.

This page does not appear for me.
Cannot download from the link you gave, also now I cannot download Hyjackthis, get the same message when it gets to 99%.
Yes I can download other programmes, i.e. Ad Aware and Spyware Blaster.
Big problem now, Windows has twice shut down the computer, just leaving a message on the screen.
