Windows install utility?

    I remember seeing a program that allowed you to select which subcomponents of windows are installed. Effectively it allowed you to run a "stripped down" version even without exlporer if you so choose. If it helps I believe it was a French company who released it.

    Anybody know of this software or anything similar?
