Cable Connection Drops After Few Hours

    I have a wireless cable network at home. Two computers are dropping internet connection after a few hours, I have to restart the computers to get the internet to work again. This mainly happens when I have a p2p or bittorrent program on. The computers have WinXp /w Sp1. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance.

    start with making sure you have all the lastest drivers for your NIC's and the lastest firmware for your wireless router.
