Whats a good Torrent program?

I was wondering whats a good torrent program overall. I use bittorrent but I want to replace it because its a very intensive resource hog that slows my system to a crawl. I was looking for a better program overall to replace it with my primary concern is the system strain the program provides and also a program that will NOT display torrent completion notifications on the system tray. I hate that when bittorrent does it.

Yes, I'll second utorrent. Just uncheck the box for balloon notifications in Preferences->General.

 

Azereus has never given me any problems.

 

ok cool i'll try it. Is there any special I need to do like re-download my torrents or will I be able to pick up where I left off?

 

i uzureus. very quick download times and doesnt slow comy down (as much as others do!!)
