Startup Inspector Has stopped my Anti viruses at startup

HI to all, I need some help Please?:-o I installed “Startup Inspector” the other day because my computer is taking (Seriously) up to 5 minutes to boot/ Desktop /open a browser or Gmail window or even a Document file! I checked some programs I did not want to start at - start up” and it seems I have also NA’d the program’s I have listed. Now they are no longer starting, working or appearing’ in my Taskbar as per normal during Boot up or at all?
In my inexperience I have done something dumb!
I just want to know how do I get:
Zone Alarm Sygate Firewall, Spy Bot and Webroot Spysweeper to Run normally again?
Should I download and reinstall all 3 programs once again Cheers Dasha:confused

My computer is Computer Desktop Is: A Dell Desk Top with LCD 20" Screen, Running MS Windows XP P3 Pro, Fire Fox latest and Office school version. It is Intel Pentium 4 CPU, 2.80 Gig and 512 Meg Ram with Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller’ Connected to Internode ADSL B/Band and Wireless Keyboard and Mouse.
I Run Zone Alarm Sygate Firewall, Spy Bot and Webroot Spysweeper
