XP pro sp2. Computer is a member of a domain.

    Receiving multiple errors/messages:

    1. Not able to reconnect to all network drives.
    2. No network prover accepted the given network path.
    3. ERROR 1606 could not access network location... (when trying to update driver on network adapter)
    4. Winlogon.exe constantly at 50% cpu usage

Can ping servers and computes on the network from the problem computer.
NSLOOKUP resolves internal and external addresses.
Can access problem computer with VNC and run \\computer\c$

Have run virus scans from Eset and Kaspersky (on-line scan)- no infections
Ran Spyware Doctor 6.0.0.362 it found Adware.Component.Claria and Adware.ScreenScenes

Also ran HijackThis removed some BHO's but I did not see anything else.

    Any Ideas???

    Thank you.
